Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can move from pay-per-session to a monthly or annual membership at any time, just let us know at your next booking.
Do class packs expire?
5-class packs are valid for 3 months and 10-class packs for 6 months from the date of purchase, plenty of time to use them at your own pace.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel any session up to 24 hours beforehand at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit that session's credit.
Can I gift a session to someone?
Absolutely, single sessions and class packs both make lovely gifts. Get in touch and we'll arrange a gift booking for you.
